Sonja Dapper is a St.Paul artist who creates mosaics out of random, discarded objects that would otherwise be headed for a landfill. Her art reflects her dual passions for expressing her creativity and transforming broken or unwanted items into something totally new! Her exhibit will be on display from January 2-31in the Ramsey County Library in Roseville in the main atrium.
