Mail Out Service is available to residents of suburban Ramsey County who are experiencing health, transportation, and/or disability barriers that prevent them from visiting a library branch.
Ramsey County uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to mail requested materials directly to residents in designated courier bags. Residents return materials to the library with pre-paid postage via USPS.
