The RCL mobile app is currently unavailable. You may have noticed that search and account management features aren’t working. We apologize for this service disruption; our vendor is working through a significant issue with its developer. If the information you’re seeing in your account seems inaccurate, don’t worry.
The disruption does not affect your account information. You can still use our mobile-friendly website to check on your items, pay fees, search the catalog and more. Click “Log In / My RCL” at the top of the page to access your library account with your fourteen-digit library card number and four-digit PIN. Instructions on how to add a shortcut to the library's website to your smart phone's home screen can be found here.
Don’t know your PIN? Use the “forgot your PIN?” option to do a reset. If you don’t have an email on file with us, you can come into any Ramsey County Library location with a photo ID and we can reset your PIN for you.
You can also call your preferred location and someone can renew your items and check the status of items you have on hold.
