Ramsey County Library is taking steps aligned with the new guidelines from the Minnesota Department of Health and Saint Paul-Ramsey County Public Health regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).
- We are canceling all Library events at all Ramsey County Library locations through March 31 unless conditions warrant continued suspension.
- Due to the closure of the New Brighton Community Center, the Ramsey County Library in New Brighton is closed through March 31.
- All other library locations remain open with regular hours.
- Overdue fines for materials checked out will be waived to enable people to stay home, if needed.
Guidelines for Library visitors and staff include:
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with your sleeve or a tissue, not your hand.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
